THE BREASTFEEDING SPECIALIST COURSE IS SUITABLE FOR IBLCE CANDIDATES
Deborah’s course is specifically timed to suit potential candidates for the IBLCE exam, held twice a year in the spring and the autumn.
Participants will have met the minimum 90 hours lactation-specific education (plus 5 hours communication education, and also 2 hours on the WHO Code) as required in time to meet the exam entry deadline.
The course will continue beyond the exam entry deadline to complete the coverage of the IBLCE Detailed Content Outline (syllabus), culminating in a mock exam.
The 120-hour LEAARC-Approved Breastfeeding Specialist Course is awarded to students who complete all twelve study days and pass all twelve homeworks.

Since 2004, her Breastfeeding Specialist Study Days have helped very many IBCLCs to pass the exam and become qualified as Lactation Consultants.
